Multi-Residential

Marquee on Meron

Enhancing urban living with vertical and rooftop gardens in Southport’s rapidly expanding PDA

Situated within Southport’s Priority Development Area, our mid-rise development located at 4-8 Meron Street, Southport thrives in a vibrant cluster of high-density residences surrounding Southport’s rapidly expanding CBD Precinct. As the epicentre of economic growth and infrastructure upgrades in this coastal region, Southport enjoys a stunning natural setting on the Broadwater Parklands.

As Gold Coast high-rise architects, we aligned this multi-residential project with the Gold Coast’s Land use guidelines, showcases a tranquil garden character and a striking green streetscape, emphasising our commitment to sustainable multi-residential design. Comprising 51 units of various sizes, including three penthouses, our apartment building design priorities natural light, breezeways, and breathtaking views overlooking the Broadwater and Gold Coast Hinterland. These spacious units offer the perfect blend of luxury and functionality, with carefully curated colours, finishes, and construction elements that enhance the verticality of the structure.

As a commercial architect and property development architect, we understand the importance of creating vibrant and dynamic spaces. The ground level of our mixed-use residential building features retail spaces, adding to the vibrant streetscape and providing convenience to residents. On the top level, residents can indulge in a serene retreat at the alfresco Resident’s Common BBQ and Lounge area, resembling a rooftop oasis with panoramic vistas off the Pacific Coast and Gold Coast skyline.
