The Elm, a standout model from our range of stylish and affordable factory-built homes, made its debut in 2008 as a showcase at the Emerald Agricultural Show. It’s impressive design and size demonstrated the potential of modular and relocatable housing, leaving a positive impression on visitors.

The Elm found its new home when it was purchased by an investor in Moranbah. As a quick and convenient rental housing solution for the mining industry, the house was seamlessly transported from Emerald to Moranbah, exemplifying the flexibility and mobility of our modular homes.
